This Privacy Policy explains how Gallop Risk and Resiliency Services, LLC, doing business as Gallop Risk & Resiliency Services (“Gallop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit www.gallopriskandresiliency.com, submit an inquiry, request a consultation, or otherwise communicate with us through the website (collectively, the “Site”).

Submitting an inquiry authorizes Gallop to respond using the contact information you provide. We will send promotional email or text messages only as permitted by applicable law and, when required, with your consent.

Essential and Security Technologies
These technologies help operate the Site, maintain functionality, detect malicious activity, prevent spam, and protect forms and systems.
The Site uses Google reCAPTCHA or a similar service to distinguish legitimate users from automated activity and to help prevent fraud and abuse. This service may process device, application, browser, interaction, and network information and may use a security cookie such as _grecaptcha.
Analytics
The Site currently uses Cloudflare technology to obtain aggregated information about Site traffic, page views, referrers, performance, and security.
Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics service does not use cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics and does not fingerprint individual visitors for analytics reporting. Cloudflare may separately process network and security information when providing website-delivery and security services.
Site Platform and Form Technologies
The Site uses LeadConnector/HighLevel infrastructure to operate portions of the Site and manage inquiries. These services may process information submitted through Site forms and associated technical information on Gallop’s behalf.
Cookie Controls
Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential or security-related technologies may cause portions of the Site to function incorrectly.
The Site does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. If these practices change, this Privacy Policy and any legally required preference controls will be updated.
4. How We Disclose Information

Gallop does not currently:
Sell personal information for monetary consideration;
Share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
Use personal information for targeted advertising; or
Use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about individuals.
Gallop may disclose information to service providers for the business purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Such disclosures are not treated as sales when the provider processes the information on Gallop’s behalf under applicable restrictions.
If Gallop’s practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide legally required notices and opt-out methods.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
Respond to an inquiry or consultation request;
Maintain an appropriate record of communications;

Because Gallop does not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising, an opt-out mechanism for those practices is not currently provided.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Verification information will be used only for that purpose. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require evidence of the agent’s authority and identity verification from the individual concerned.
Gallop will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
9. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Some browsers and extensions offer Global Privacy Control or “Do Not Track” signals.
Because Gallop does not currently sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising, such signals do not change the Site’s current practices. Where applicable law requires recognition of a browser-based opt-out signal, Gallop will process that signal as legally required.
There is not yet a universally accepted standard for responding to all “Do Not Track” signals.
10. Communications and Marketing Choices
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message or contacting us at [email protected].
You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing services.
Even if you opt out of promotional communications, Gallop may send non-promotional messages concerning an inquiry, requested consultation, active engagement, account, transaction, legal notice, or security matter.
11. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. This Privacy Policy does not govern information collected directly by a third party for its own purposes.
Third-party services maintain their own terms and privacy practices. Gallop is not responsible for the privacy, security, or content of third-party websites or services.
Service providers that may support the Site include LeadConnector/HighLevel, Cloudflare, and Google reCAPTCHA. These providers may process information on Gallop’s behalf under their applicable service agreements.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13 years of age.
Gallop does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
13. International Visitors
Gallop is based in the United States. If you access the Site from another country, information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or another country where Gallop’s service providers operate.
Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you reside. Where required, Gallop will use an appropriate legal basis or transfer mechanism for processing personal information.
14. Confidential and Client Information
Submitting information through the Site does not create a consultant-client relationship or a duty of professional confidentiality.
If you become a Gallop client, personal information and organizational information collected during the engagement may also be governed by a consulting agreement, statement of work, nondisclosure agreement, or other engagement document. If such an agreement conflicts with this Privacy Policy, the agreement will control for information covered by it.
Clients should use approved secure communication methods for confidential, regulated, or operationally sensitive information.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, services, or legal obligations.
The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through an additional notice when required by law.
